Had a fantastic experience with SG Gate Doors Windows. They followed up closely with me, especially their sales Eugene and admin Dawn and helped clarify any queries (big or small), providing reassuring service. Will recommend them for anyone looking at changing their gate and door.

I engaged SG Gate Door Window for my glass windows and grilles. I was promptly attended to by Alvin when I visited their Bukit Batok showroom. He was patient in answering my enquiries, both in person and via WhatsApp, and provided appropriate recommendations. Alvin and the admin team were also very responsive and accommodating when I needed an installation outside my renovation schedule. Their prices are competitive, and overall, I am satisfied with their service.

I am really glad I chose SG Gate Door Window for my window grille installation. Their service and workmanship are impressive. Wallace was my first point of contact and he was always responsive whenever I had questions. I also liaised with Dawn for the installation schedule, she was very accommodating and understanding when I couldn't make it on the original date, and promptly arranged a new one.

Because of their excellent service, I decided to also go ahead with their kitchen sliding door. Both the grille and sliding door prices are reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

Thank you so much!
